That's a Medic-specific domination clip? I thought it was just a general one.

Have you heard it used generally? We actually know that the majority of the nine can't be married. Scout, Soldier, Demo, Sniper, Spy.

That reminds me that we still have no meet the Medic video (and Meet The Pyro, but that's kinda HURR DURR CHEKHOV'S GUN FLAMETHROWER).

I'll give you the Demo and the Sniper. The soldier *might* be, though it's unlikely. The Scout being married would be a crime in some states. The Spy on the other hand could have fifty wives.

Soldier has a wife! He is married to battle.

I haven't heard that one used at all in actual play, though. Maybe I'll boot up tr_walkway later on and find out.

Spy is too much of a gentleman to break martial vows, but too coy to actually take them.

Scout is a virgin.  :nyoro~n:

Somehow I would imagine that the Soldier is so anti-girly that even associating with a girl would be towing the line.

Sniper lives in a van.

And well if you ask Demo, it's hard to find a nice girl without two eyes.

Pyro probably being female does not discount a husband, though knowing absolutely nothing of Pyro beyond mumble mumble, I wouldn't put a Soldier style "too crazy for others" past them.

Heavy and Engineer are probably married to nice gals, honestly! Both are hard-working, dependable fellows who are the very definition of support and commitment! Engineer himself is definitely a southern gentleman, which is actually why he and Spy hate each other so much: the other comes across as impossibly snobbish to them, like opposite sides of the same coin.

And well Medic is the sexiest character so him being married is not a surprise.
But are either Medic or Heavy bi-sexual? Are they having a torrid battlefield affair? Are they gay for the stay?
You know, a great thing that the people at Valve have managed to accomplish with TF2 is that we're not really playing classes, we're playing characters (cartoon characters, but characters nonetheless). It's like a good fighting game.

It's even more impressive that they're all unrepentant assholes but still strangely likeable.

I think you've just described the stereotypical relation between France and the South, and while you've probably known that tidbit for awhile.. That is pure genius!

Heavy strikes me as a widower, personally. It's very tragic. He named his gun after her.

Damn tonight was a HELL of a lotta fun!

First, Starr and I played some really stupid 1-on-1 on Shadow Moses, waiting for folks to get on the server. The best round was... 1v1 engineer vs engineer. I actually won on offense with surprise sentries and by carefully using the cart as cover.

Then GasKan joined Starr to make it a little more even and we continued on Gold Rush... highlight there was me playing one-man engie offense (with SURPRISE FLANK SENTRIES) again, which worked to hilarious effect (well, until they both went soldier and creamed me). We were doing all kinds of stupid hilarious shit.

Then people started to join and we had some really good, even matches on KOTH Sawmill.

Then there was a streak of retarded pubbies, which was mildly annoying - until we teamstacked like crazy. :perfect:

And finally, OH GOD THAT SENTRY ON BLACKMESA  That map is AMAZING for being a troll-engineer.

Best damn TF2 night in weeks!

...
...
...
GENTLEMEN.

Early tonight, I was goofing around as a heavy, and I had just killed I_M who had throttled me within an inch of my life.  I take cover and eat a sandwich, and just as I start eating, I see Constantine run up to me as a Demoman.  I'm NOM NOM NOMing away while he's hacking me with the sword.  Must have gotten 4 hits in on me, only the sandvich regeneration was keeping me alive.  As soon as I get free of the taunt animation, I whip out the fists.

Crit punch.  Constantine goes down.  I laugh for five minutes straight.

I had quite a good time and felt really good after not playing for a good while due to the holidays. Good airshots were had, and I feasted on the blood of my enemies. Last round at Steel was also hilarious. Guys like those engineers are going to be kinda scary if the PDQ gets through for the next update.

Also funny to hear scouts curse my direct hit, while I can pretty much never hit Smiler with it. :3
