It's like $0 on GameTap.

You mean the shitty version that doesn't work on 64-bit systems (like mine) and can't be modded at all? Yeah, you get what you pay for.

Virtual On was awesome when you could play it in the arcade with dual sticks and the chair that had speakers in it.  Playing it on a console with a dual thumb stick controller isn't quite the same.  The game has become a bit dated.

While not real-time, for good robot smashing action, try the new Super Robot Taisen that just came out on DS.  Turn based goodness.

Seconding Doom's notion of that trading in a nearly unplayed copy *Resident Evil 4* for an overpriced and terrible when it came out mech fighter that you clearly have already played is beyond stupid.

Wait, what's the exchange rate of Microsoft Money (:barf:) to actual money?  Because if you can't get a single point for a penny well then... :barf:.

I bought a used copy of re4. That means I can return it for full value. I wouldn't trade a game in after a day for 40% value.
this is why i love you

oh wait this wasn't a dig at disposable ninja

never mind

MS Points are mostly *ahem* pointless anymore, as you can buy XBLA games on Amazon now.

80 points to the dollar, but you can't buy them in increments less than 1600 ($20).

Finish Deus Ex if you want to watch as DX2 takes away 95% of everything good about the game.  Then watch as DX3 takes out that last 4%, leaving only the shooting in.

I traded in games back in my "Well, it's games or food" period. I had to trade in quite a few real gems, but I realized that I can be a collector of games when I have a job and am stable.

At the very least, I spent like two weeks waffling over it and finally decided "am I ever going to really play some of these again?" And the rest had had re-releases on GBA/DS/PSP/whatever.

I want to believe it will be good, but I cannot. :sadpanda:

I've never found myself missing a game that I sold or traded in. However, several of my games have mysteriously vanished over the past decade (probably partially due to having moved at least once per year during said decade) and those are the games I find myself wanting to play.
