My first guess would be cider or rice wine vinegar, but it could be something a little more distant. Champagne vinegar makes a fine dressing.

Also possible: minced garlic or shallots.

What do they call this dressing? Could be a hint.

Honestly? Probably not a bad idea to go down the list of what a place like this would probably add to the dressing they make in massive amounts every day.

- Cocktail cherry syrup
- MSG
- Bacon grease
- Moxie spiked with powdered Tang

Have you tried asking them for the recipe? Wouldn't hurt.

Also link me to their website, I might be able to figure out something from their menu.

They refused to say what's in it... I've asked three different times, and nobody will say a peep on the matter. I actually pretended I had a cheese allergy to see if they'd say it was okay, so I could figure out if it had cheese or not, and they said "I don't know! You'd better play it safe."

Get a job there. If that doesn't work, make friends with one of the sous-chefs. If that doesn't work, buy some chloroform and wait out back for one of them to go on a smoke break.

Nah, they just give it to you in a featureless plastic container.
