Would still prefer they finish with the Pete and Pete DVD releases, but at least that should make for some higher-quality rips on the Internets.

Well, I'm hoping that after a few showings of this, they'll slowly release All That on DVD, and hopefully stretch out the time slot so a few other shows can get in. And get those shows DVDs.

As I've said before, there IS something nice about stumbling on something completely by chance.

Earlier tonight my girlfriend and I decided to just poke through Netflix Instant to see what looked like fun, and stumbled across a previously unknown-to-us (although long-running) British sketch comedy called A Bit of Fry and Laurie.  As in Stephen and Hugh.

Nothing outstanding, but they're good, I laughed, and the sketches go by quickly so even the ones that aren't great don't take too long.

But honestly the funniest thing about the show is that House used to have a mullet.

Fry and Laurie also appear in Blackadder, alongside Rowan Atkinson, who Americans will know better as Mr Bean.

Was there ever any word on why they dropped the third release? To my understanding they'd even dolled up box art and sent out press releases for it.

The Governator - First Trailer [Telestrekoza.com]

THE GOVERNATOR.

I can't stop laughing. It was a toss up putting this in here or "What the fuck?"

...I've seen Stan Lee's name all over the promos for that but none of them mentioned LeSean Thomas was doing the art.

I want to make a joke here but mostly I just want to sigh and shake my head.

In an odd bit of paradox, I find that I'm staying more up-to-date with shows I like than ever before now that I don't actually subscribe to cable or satellite. I check /rs/ pretty much once every day for new episodes of Wakfu, Sym-Bionic Titan, Mystery Inc, and My Little Pony. When they show up, I immediately save them to a USB stick and watch them on this.

(THAD EDIT FOR OBNOXIOUS LINKAGE: "This" is a product called the Western Digital TV Live Plus.)

It's a good system!

So I've been watching Glee over the past few days, and the show does actually deserve a chance, at least from people that watch MLP. The writing is fantastic, I was surprised to find, and as someone who doesn't recognize more than the majority of the songs they do it's the reason I kept watching. The entire story is bought together well and with the perfect blend of real world absurdity that just makes me all hot and bothered and the actual dialogue writing is hilarious.

glee is a hot mess.  it honestly has some really snappy jokes and moments, but don't bother getting invested in anything that happens ever because the show's writers just do not care.  maybe i should catch up on it sometime but there are so many better things to catch up on.

like mlp.

My co-worker's brother writes for this show. Guy also did Eat, Pray, Love.

I've only seen one episode so far and they remade Jessie's Girl while a subplot wove the tale of the gay guy trying to act as manly as possible for his father by singing a country and western song and dating girls.

Game Center CX #82 - Mega Man 3 (part 1 of 3)

Some random guy has started subbing gamecenter cx episodes on his own. This is the first one he's done so far, and he's currently working on part two of Megaman 3. Someone else has been putting the subs onto the video and then uploading it to youtube.

Should I be disturbed that Arino's first two stage choices mirrored my own perfectly when I was 5-6?

Should I be disturbed that I remember those stage choices?
