Yeah you are going to have to do some serious searching now, since everyone is claiming copywrites due to songs in the episode. Not to mention Gawker picked up the show so everyone is dropping everything they had, which blows since it isn't even going to be the same show in spirit.

There is an entire channel of kitties playing in grass here at the hospital.

It's wonderful.

Pulling feels like a rule 63, British Always Sunny. In that it is hilarious because all the main characters are possibly the worst people on Earth.

I guess I have inexplicably aged 40 years over the past month of my recovery because nothing on Hulu will appease me, yet the eight seasons of BBC's 1970 All Creatures Great and Small adaption (featuring the seventh Doctor as the mischievous Tristan) have been consistently wholly and completely entertaining to me.

They don't even have like PROBLEMS most of the time. They're just like calving and mending dog's legs and such.

You know what's pretty great?  Better Off Ted.  It got canceled after two seasons but it's on Netflix Streaming.

It's a workplace comedy where said workplace happens to be a cartoonishly evil corporation.  It revolves around mad-sciencey projects like jetpacks, cryonics, and biological computers suffering from stress disorders.  It's got a slightly-surreal Arrested Development vibe, likely aided by Portia deRossi being in the cast (as the completely cold, conscienceless boss).  It also feels a bit like Andy Richter Controls the Universe; it shares a producer and also the guy who played Byron plays pretty much exactly the same character here.

Indeed!  That was an excellent show that I am sad I didn't learn about until it was dead.

Do you understand how terrifying the words “vibrating strap on” are for an asexual? That’s like saying “the holocaust” to a Jew.

Actually since Ted was one of the shows I was ready to use as an example during a short shows vs. long shows conversation in #ff yesterday I don't think the second has been talked about much yet.

Pushing Daisies is some of the best television ever. It is also possibly the worst case of a show being cut down in its prime ever. So as an advanced warning if you get into it the last five minutes or so of the last episode may make you cry.

In hindsight I probably should've listened to Kazz on this one, but it turns out Archer is really, really fucking funny. I'd caught the first episode back when it premiered and it didn't really do it for me. Just got back to it during the tail end of (I think) season 2, and it's just flat-out the funniest thing I've seen on TV in ages. Like Frisky Dingo, it builds and regularly references its own fucked-up continuity where any other show would've been scrambling back to status quo.

If nothing else, you owe it to yourself to check out "Pipeline Fever" or "Stage Two".

You know, say what you like about The Closer, but it's a stroke of genius to build the arc of the last season around the premise that in real life, Brenda Lee Johnson would be an absolutely reprehensible person.

Why would you not bring anti-tank weapons if you know DINOSAURS will be an issue?
