Funny thing is, the opponent did build some anti-air could have easily taken down that mothership if he hadn't clustered all of his Vikings.

He must have been so fazed by the presence of the mothership that he totally forgot about the black hole generator, even though the mothership had just black holed him a couple minutes earlier.

2D "Worms Reloaded" announced for Steam

Since Worms 2 Armageddon's PC port was apparently forgotten about, this is some welcome news.

Hey, I have a Wii, but how do I get Megaman 9 and 10? Do I have to sign up for some online thing or get some widget or what. I never use the Wii we have so it's all pretty foreign to me, you know like a Ford or an American flag, or regular bacon.

Connect your Wii to the internet. It has built-in wifi, but if you only have wired internet you'll need to buy an adapter. Activate the Wii Shop Channel. If you haven't taken your Wii online this will cause you to perform a firmware update.

You don't have to create an account; or, more specifically, the Wii itself constitutes its own account credentials, rather than a username-password combination. It identifies itself to the shop automagically.

You will have to enter the number from a retail points card or a credit card in order to add funbux to your account. You can only buy them in $10 increments (1000 points), but I am pretty sure that Mega Man 9 and 10 are 1000 points anyway.

Monster Hunter Tri has free online play and voice chat.

Seriously?! Japan got royally screwed, then, since they had to pay a monthly fee.

If I remember correctly it's all a matter of what they can get away with.  Monster Hunter is big in Japan, and all the previous games had fees, so this one will too.  Over here, they rightfully realized that a separate monthly fee for a console game wouldn't really fly (cue Brent saying something about PSO).  I guess we win, then.

To my knowledge, the Japanese version of Monster Hunter Tri requires you to spend Wii Points on a block of time in which you can play online.  Is the North American release getting a different deal?

We don't have to pay for online play at all, but there is still going to be a store where one can buy items and stuff using "Monster Hunter" points. I don't know if those are the same as Wii points, though.

The game pretty much died the moment it switched to monthly fees, so yeah.

The Hotel Dusk developer declared bankruptcy. It looks less and less likely that we are going to get the sequel over here, which totally blows, because Hotel Dusk was awesome.
