I agree, counting words is hard.

EDIT:
That's six words... isn't it? Shit.

Stories are implied. Imagination is Key.

I could write quite a bit about this, but you're both right.  You don't tell the entire store with the words alone, you let the words infer the rest of the story that you fill in yourself.

The problem is that it's tempting, fun, and oh so easy to think of something that sounds good, funny, clever, but doesn't actually infer any greater narrative beyond a single scene (if that).  Not to say that those entries are worthless.  They're still fun to read, but they're not "six word fiction".

Definitely want to see this event happen again at the Brontolympics (that sounds so good I'm amazed they haven't happened yet).

The stronger you punch, the better the door. So there are like super strong murderers who punch people into Venetian doors and shit"

Now to fail at this again!
------------
Back to school, lessons already forgotten.
------------

Various Kirby ones, I don't know why.  This is the only line that isn't one this post.
------------
Kirby fell; came back with loot.
------------
Damn it, King!  That's dreamland's food!
------------
Okay, now I'm a golf ball.
-----------
Now I'm in a pinball machine.
-----------
This is pretty.  It's all paint.
-----------
It's like arkanoid, but more pink.
-----------
Found tomato stash.  "They look delicious."
-----------
Mission accomplished, Kirby takes a nap.
