I'm just saying that if you're gonna do it at all, at least removing the built-in second of lag between input and execution might make it at least the tiniest bit tolerable

$8 for twilight princess rental + $2 for cheapest first hit google SD card reader + $7 for cheapest first hit google SD card

per person

pony up

anyways I guess I'll count the actual committed people and see how many nations they represent and then determine the validity of this event tomorrow

YES YES POINT TAKEN

I'd actually be surprised to find any wii-owner here who doesn't have an SD card in something and a copy of ZTP in their personal orbit, though

TP came out for gamecube and wii pretty equally(that being there is almost literally no difference between them save for the controls and Midna squeaking adorably at you through the Wiimote speaker)

I don't have an SD card or a reader.

also a lot of people here are too lazy to read thread titles, do you really expect us to go beg some random Brawl community for some homebrew advice

you gotta see I have to make an event run with the path of least resistance, bro

Whoa, whoa, Brawl+ improves the network quality? That changes everything. Up until this point I had been able to use it but I was always like "Man, what's the point of tweaking a game when it's going to be basically unplayable against anyone I'd care to butt heads with?" But if it actually makes the online play better, then be it in or out of the context of these games, I am going to do this shit.

There is a whole lot you can do with Brawl+. They found out that Ninty put in like a 16 frame buffer or some garbage before a move goes off online, and Brawl+ just takes it out (well, you change it to what you want, actually) to improve the code. And guess what? It works perfectly.

So long as the other person is using the same modified buffer code.

They also reduced gravity for most characters, so KOs actually happen at lower percentages, and there are more horizontal KOs. As a result, some levels have their sideways exits lengthened, like WarioWare.
