The original body-snatchers were SCD and Rygaron. Sorry for doubting you, Friend.
Oh. My. Sharkû. Like me sooooooooo totally stressing right now?
Um... me try think which one of you better target? And like prolly Savage better hiding spot 'cause him not talk so much like A Cannibal? On other hand, maybe snatcher want get rid Newbie 'cause him look like bigger threat? So like... yeah. Only thing me can think right now is like... keep everyone talk lots?
This is a good philosophy. We all need to talk a lot before casting any votes; it's the single best way to find out who's been replaced. Toward that end, I'm going to make the case for and against each of us.
Since Ra-Kel posted first today, I'll start with you. It makes sense to possess you: you've never been under any suspicion—in public, anyway—and your posting style seems pretty easy to emulate. You've also been pretty level-headed and helpful all game, which would let the snatcher point out and endorse the sensible tactic without necessarily giving himself away or seeming "off", necessarily. On the other hand, since you're the only one of the three of us who's
never been voted for, maybe snatching your body is a little too obvious...? I'm not actually seeing a ton of downsides, here.
The case for Savage: under suspicion, but recently exonerated; doesn't have a tendency to post
shit-tons of text, and can therefore get away with less opportunities for exposure. Savage didn't really have a textual quirk, though, potentially making him trickier to emulate.
Why not steal
my body, then? I'm kind of haphazard, and I feel like my posting trends and word-choice are predictable. (Post twice successively, use too many words and too much punctuation, etc.) I'm not really the best person to judge that, though, and I
do post way too much, meaning there are a lot more opportunities to slip up. What's more, I have a habit of suspecting the wrong person, as my earlier suspicion of Savage should demonstrate: SCD's going to want me in the game to maximize his chance of getting an innocent lynched.
Really, the smartest thing would have been to avoid stealing a body altogether, but I'm not sure whether that was even an option. Like I said before, I didn't really suspect Kuumba, and with three people to vote for instead of two, there'd be a much higher chance of us getting this vote wrong—and then he could steal a body tonight, which would make it 1 snatcher, 1 innocent, and therefore game over. I suppose he was obligated to steal a body, though.
Anyway. Savage, you need to come post in the thread. Tell us which of us you suspect. Ra-Kel, I want to hear from you again before I cast my vote, as well: you said we should keep everyone talking lots. Why not say more?
