Sure, go ahead and send me a friend request on steam.  Also, either have the other person friend me (and say "this is MCE's friend") or give me their e-mail address.

huh, my PC copy of bioshock does the "textures slow to load" thing that the unreal engine always does .. except they never, ever load.  I have no clue how to fix it, poking around the internet for solutions.

So there may be another person on these forums who wants some Bioshock 2.

Hint: That person is me.

1. I told him to add you as a friend, so I don't know if he has gotten to that or when he will.  Little brothers are difficult.

2. I realized that the reason I took down my computer for games and put it in the closet was because I stopped paying for internet because someone in the complex is unknowingly sharing with me.  So until I get a wireless thingy for that computer I won't be on steam.

tldr I am slow

I'm annoyed because my habitual mashing of E wildly as I run around the world to hoover in everything I can possibly find caused me to turn a corner and then rescue the Little Sister I was carrying when she had only gathered ADAM once when I E-mashed a vent without thinking.   :MENDOZAAAAA:

other than that i am having a pretty good time!  I am being a good daddy!  With an electric shotgun!

It's better than Bioshock 1 which is odd since it's the same exact game.

Deny. The more intimate (sickos) relationship you have with the little sisters really adds to the immersion, at least to me. Having the little darling on your shoulder, cheering you on, protecting her while she gathers ADAM, and then ferrying her to safety, it's all much better executed that your encounters with them in the first game, which were no less binary, ultimately, but much less evocative.

I won't claim that the primary antagonist holds a candle to Andrew Ryan, but taken on her own merits, she is very good, and completely round the bend.

At first you may feel like "hey, wait a minute, why do I take damage like a normal mook when I'm a big daddy now", but when you actually look at your suit, it really isn't armored at all. It's just a prototype fashioned from the dive suits used by the engineers who built rapture in the first place, before the advanced suits of the production big daddies.

I had that problem and restarted the level where you get the camera because I don't want to miss out on ADAM. Oddly, this happened to me in the first game too. I'd accidentally harvest when I meant to rescue or vice versa. :(

Accidentally finished the game in a sitting. I won't start spoiling yet, but I will say this. The game does end where it seems like it should, unlike some other Bioshocks I could mention.

the reason the game is short is because they plan to make the second half DLC for only 9.99.

It isn't actually that short. I just played it for about twelve hours.
