While Constantine's end advice is good the figures might be off depending on your non-fat body mass. My base daily caloric intake is 2500 on account of being a naturally huge guy.

So my recommendation is to do less and eat more.
I did. Still fat.

I think you took the wrong advice.

The quote function doesn't work on a Blackberry. Or might if I typed in the codes and felt like going through the hassle of copypasting. But anyway, I was replying to Brent's suggestion that I got my acronyms confused. I had but it doesn't matter. I have a larger than average number of fat cells in my body, and said cells are themselves larger than might be found in other people. Is what I meant.

This just in:  Moderate drinking is linked to a lower instance of becoming overweight.  Less than moderate drinking makes you EVEN LESS likely to become overweight.  Science!

I love these "moderate drinking indicates such-and-such" studies.

Moderate drinkers generally tend to be people who know how to enjoy themselves, but who also tend to do so responsibly and in.... moderation. Bizarrely enough, such people are also generally healthier and happier than people who tend to more extreme behaviours.

CRAZY STUFF.  :whoops:

These boards don't know the meaning of the word moderation.

I find it funny because without fail, you see one of these studies published like once every six months. It's ridiculous.

Yea.  I saw one just ten minutes later that said only red wine drinkers are more likely to stay healthy.

Being skinny causes you to spontaneously develop moderation and restraint.

I bought a basketball and a book on coaching basketball. I've been running myself through some drills and trying to learn to shoot. I'm in bad enough shape right now, and I'm a bad enough shot, that just chasing down all my missed shots for 45 minutes is a serious work out. I guess I'll have to add in some real conditioning once I start making more than 10% of my shots.

I keep telling myself to exercise but there is no goddamn time for it. By the time I get home from work I'm too out of it to exercise and I just need to relax.

That said, when used to do some exercise, these things are fun as hell and can be a real work out. You've got to go for the nicer pair with the knee STRAP however(Like the ones linked). The knee bar makes the experience pretty unbearable.
