That image has been floating around for a while. It's a fan mockup as far as I can tell.

Giant Spoilers and Hearsay and if they're not in the final product it's an alpha silly.
Garrosh is a true bro who takes Saurfang's lessons to heart and crushes the living fuck out of corruption in the Horde. The chief example is a giant Stonetalon Mountain quest chain where you do some dubious double dealing to ferret out an officer and Garrosh almost choke-slams you off a cliff until the guy who puts you up to it saves your ass?

Moira returns with her Dark Iron Kid and a ton of Dark Iron refugees and stages a violent coup. Varian Wrynn executes her and instates a council of Wildhammer, Bronzebeard and Dark Iron until the child is of age to rule. Dumb ruler or dumbest ruler? Or maybe so awesome it works...

Deathwing attacks Stormwind and Orgrimmar to get Onyxia and Nefarian's heads back. This is pretty much confirmed: Orgrimmar is largely rebuilt and under construction and he blew up THE ENTIRE PARK DISTRICT on his way out of Stormwind. Apparently Wrynn is taking major heat for PROVOKING DEATHWING TO ATTACK STORMWIND. Humans as dumb as their ruler!

The Horde recruits the remaining Azerothian splinters(not those goons in Shadowmoon Valley) of THE DRAGONMAW CLAN. FUCK YOU, ALEXSTARZSA, IT'S NOT LIKE YOU DID ANYTHING ANYWAY.
So the alliance canonically killed the easy dragon. Horde confirmed for over-faction.

apparently varian or bolvar or something one shot her in the comic. When you bring her head from the level 80 Onyxia to the npc in Stormwind, he does not understand where the head came from since Onyxia's already been killed.

Varian solos Onyxia in the comic or some shit.

Likewise the comic claims that original 40 Naxx was tea-bagged by some five man of generi-NPCs led by some notable guy, I guess.

The comic is so terrible and I'll vomit if Me'dan ever approaches WoW in any form.

To some extent I can't blame blizzard for using the comic to advance the plot of the game ; it gives them a means to create new NPCs and new enemies, which are things we need since the available stock from Warcraft III is dwindling fast. Who've we got left? A couple more dragon aspects and Azshara? Sargeras?

Having said that, I really wish they would get some writers in there that aren't hacks. Garona makes her triumphant return to the warcraft universe... as a Twilight's Hammer lackey. And her son is apparently Jesus.

Sargeras is dead, but Kil'Jaeden isn't. He was just banished in the Sunwell fight. Then there's the remaining Elemental Lords, Deathwing, The Nightmare (a WoW invention), and who knows how many other Old Gods. I'm still hoping for an Emerald Dream expansion, with the tree portals as the entrance to a new world, TBC style. They've been teasing that damn place since level 40.

Word of God is that Sargeras is in Limbo(literal quote is something like "he's there until we need him") and common sense is that he'll be pulled for the final expansion's last boss slot.

Doubly good if they actually hit up the wacky idea of a Super Outland expansion. Argus, Legion Homeworlds, acknowledging that Kil'Jaeden was only banished, etc.

I really don't expect there to be a 'last' wow expansion anytime soon. As former everquest players, the developers have to realize they can make money off of this game indefinitely. Releasing a WoW II, even if it was hilariously successful, would just be an exercise in wasting money, because serious WoW players will play the game until the end of time.

People are still paying 30+ dollars for everquest expansions, and everquest I still has more players than everquest II.

I'm just sayin' that Sarg is right there and basically has dibs on the theoretical spot.

It's kind of humbling to think that they're dead serious about the next expansion in two years being time for another Hero Class.
