I thought given the earlier posts that the Jedi Knight pack had been on sale or something.

Anyway, I'm cheap. It'll go on sale again, no doubt. This is Steam after all.

It was the daily deal when those posts were made. $5 for the whole pack.

Yeah, so I'll just wait for something similar to roll along again.

Don't know if it counts as a Steam deal seeing as how it's another goddamn indie bundle, but groupees are doing a pretty sweet bundle and all the games activate on Steam, so.

Games: Xotic, Sideway: New York, Wasteland Angel, BEEP and The Ball.

Also, hi.

e: they are being fucking hammered right now, apparently they will beef up their servers for tomorrow, or something.

Every single Serious Sam anything is 66% off right now, including SS3. You can get that for $13.60, and the whole package for a kind of ludicrous $28.90.

EDIT: Just noticed that two other deals are going today. Deus Ex: Human Revolution, one of my favorite games last year, is $10.19, and Mirror's Edge, the only good first person platformer ever, is $4.99.

Mirror's Edge is actually VERY good. I was upset I didn't pay full price for it because I listened to friends and reviews.

Thirding Mirror's Edge, though I suspect it's pretty much like Portal in that it's mainly good because it ends right before the concept gets tiresome.

Civ V for $12.50 Game of the Year edition (regular is also on sale for $7.50), still a few hours left in the sale.

I got two coupons randomly from steam for Assassin's Creed Revelations and I gave one away.
Anyone want the last one? I have no intention of ever playing this game.

I was about to ask for it but I just noticed I got three 50% coupons for it in my Steam inventory. I guess that means I got two to give away as well! The suckers expire April 1st, so, uh, thanks for making me notice.

Man, how did I even get those.

I just bought a physical copy of a PC game. I'm using steel wool but the dirt won't come off.

You're using the steel wool on yourself and not the game disc, right?

For some reason I can't see that sale, though I can see that everyone is buying it.

EDIT: Oh, I guess it was yesterday's deal. Sorry I missed it.

This ain't Steam per se, but the original Fallout is free on gog.com for a 48 hour period (but I don't know when it started).

I've had it on disk for a while, but hey, convenience.

Hack Slash Loot is a bad game and not worth even the four dollar sale price. Don't make the same mistake I did.  ::(:

Legend of Grimrock is out and 10% off. I just want to take the moment to say the Grimrock has completely changed the game, re: indie game design. If you make excuses for releasing a shitty, unpolished product now and brush it off with resources, the world can collectively point to Grimrock as an example of how full of shit you are. Everything about this game feels like a professional product and others would be hard pressed to dethrone this from indie GOTY.
