I just read a book about a guy having sex in a suit of full armor and now I'm better at wearing a suit of full armor.

Is that the one about the guy who's glued into his armor by the king?  Because that's one of my favorite short stories.

Ssssorta.  It's actually the king in the armor, and his armorer stuffed his legs with glue so that he couldn't get up the stairs and stop the armorer from boning his sexually-frustrated wife.  So the king walks on his hands in full armor, all the way up the stairs, kills the armorer, and then finds out that he can only have sex wearing a suit of full armor.

In the book's defense, it's from the perspective of a guy who knows it's the stupidest damn story you've ever heard.

After 10 minutes of gameplay Arcman your deciscion was wise... As always...its quite fun!  ::D:

Demon Crest vs. Pocky and Rocky is actually a tough decision.  You don't lose either way.

Actually I was going to ask you to spoilertag it for those who haven't read it because it's awesome.  :derp: What's the title?

So other than feeling good about myself, is there any point to getting every Picarat in Professor Layton?

On the subject of short stories in games, there's this one book in Arcanum about a guy who finds a dead body, cuts off one of its hands for no good reason, and then the hand comes to life in his pack and tries to kill him. I know it sounds stupid when I boil it down like that, but the actual story was pretty cool.

Of course, nothing can beat The Lusty Argonian Maid.

Nope!  If you get the minimum for every puzzle, you still unlock all the bonus content.  Getting more in each puzzle unlocks it earlier.

You must collect 20 Thingamabobs to obtain the answer to this question, Kazz!

S4 League's official launch has been delayed by another week, so the Drift City pilgrimage continues on.

Playing Call of Duty 4 again.  Okay, I can live with hardcore servers.  I can deal with 'Martyrdom is bannable', but 32 player servers are not conductive to this.

Thank god there's a bunch of 20 pop servers.

Just started on DQ4.  Don't have much to comment on yet except that, while the DQ7 engine looked pretty pathetic on the PS1, it looks pretty damn good on the DS.

Since i stole my brother's Xbax i picked up Dead Rising today for the first time. After cussing and yelling my way through the opening of the game i realized that i had to just restart a few times until i was at a halfway-decent level. Which is annoying, but oh well.

Later on, found out that micro chainsaws count, for purposes of the books that triple item durability, as engineering weapons, entertaining weapons, and sharp-edged weapons. This enables micro chainsaws to last approximately 2,000 (one-hit) zombie kills.

Still later, i accidentally shaved my head in a knife store, then found a snappy pinstripe suit and pair of mirrorshades. Thus begins the legend of Frank West Jason Statham, Chainsaw Assassin.

When I saw they'd added the Bag, my first question to someone that had played it was how that worked between chapters.  When someone rejoins the hero in chapter 5, the contents of their Bag are added to yours.  Yes, this means that when Taloon joins up, he can show up with like forty Cautery Swords ready to sell.  I wish I'd made a couple more runs between Lakanaba and Endor and brought more supplies, though.

*POSSIBLE ITEM RELATED SPOILER*
Exit the door into the mall from the little warehouse room.  You make a right and head down towards the area that exits into the atrium of the mall.  That two-story section, where there's the coffee house upstairs? (Hint: crazy photo guy was up there.)

You want to try two things.

From the first floor when you look up, there are orange Awnings.  EXPLORE THESE.

The stairs that lead up to the second floor, the ones on the side.  There's a blue onning that goes above half the stores of the first floor.  You can actually jump up there, grab that ledge.  THERE IS SOMETHING NEAT UP HERE.
EDIT: Lyrai Virtu-Thad fix edition.

yeah i know about the katana up there and also the infinite nectars you can get at roastmasters

it's basically "here is where you stop off after dropping off survivors before you go get more" which is rather convenient

though it doesn't help at the very beginning at the game, since from level 1-20 you are weak as a kitten no matter what you may do
