PS3 has
no game demos.
I-I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself

Really though:
Sorcery, Killzone, Tiger Woods Golf. And it sounds like they're going to do one of LBP2 now?

Edit: At least LBP2 looks good.

40k the MMO?  I see a future in servers where orks have huge numbers compared to other factions.  Yet this makes perfect sense.

(Talent trees better be SHOOT, STOMP, and LOOT respectively.)

It was my understanding that Gabe hated the PS3 and didn't want to have anything to do with programming for it anymore (Left 4 Dead 2 is not on the PS3 for this reason).

Oh shit.

New Twisted Metal.

With a gameplay video.

It was my understanding that Gabe hated the PS3 and didn't want to have anything to do with programming for it anymore (Left 4 Dead 2 is not on the PS3 for this reason).

He made a joke about this when he got on stage. Including that he was sorry if he appeared nervous, but the guy from the PS3 commercials claimed he was the "VP of Sharpening things" back stage.

Presenter: "Our next guest has spent the better part of a decade developing some of the most critically acclaimed franchises, and we're really pleased to welcome to this stage, for the first time-"
GLADDOS: "Stand by for an important announcement from the Aperature Science Emergency Surprise System. Deploying Surprise. In 3.. 2.. 1."
[Gabe walks on stage]
Gabe: "Hi, my name's Gabe Newell and I work at Valve. Um... Now I've been pretty outspoken in my comments about the current generation of game consoles. So I'd really like to thank everyone at Sony for their gracious hospitality... And for not repeatedly punching me in the face. If I seem a little nervous it's 'cause Kevin Butler was introduced to me back stage as the "VP of Sharpening things"."
(goes into actual discussion that I don't feel like transcribing.)

steam on ps3 does not mean all steam games will be on ps3, only that portal 2 will have steam connectivity (presumably to test the waters)

If there is a new Advance Wars I might actually have to buy a 3DS, which I don't want to do because the 3DS Better will come out six months later and then a few months after that will be the 3DS Awesome.

You and your ability to actually think and search YouTube can go to hell.

The 3DS has all the other same specs as the DSi, right? They're not going to come out with a 3DSi in a few months?

It's Nintendo.  They will absolutely come out with a better 3DS.

It's also a completely new system so I'm not really sure what you're asking?  It's specs are all better than the DSi.

My question was more of "Are there any features present on the DSi that are missing on the 3DS, meaning we can expect to see a 3DSi in two months?"

I haven't bought a DS since the Lite, and I actually sold mine. Maybe I'll wait for the 3DSi XL

Yeah, that Kid Icarus game looks a lot better than the polygon graphics used in current DS games.

Also, during the montage of game footage after the presentation of the Playstation Move, the phrase "It's only been done by everyone else" popped into my head, alonside with "You thought you could escape waggling?  YOU THOUGHT WRONG!!"
