I find your dog's lack of caring endearing and sublime.

No wait that's not how E3 is supposed to be ::(:

The Ubisoft conference surprised me. The host was a total hype-killer, so it stands to reason that the two most promising things (Child of Eden and all that Mania stuff) were the ones he wasn't involved in presenting at all. But my understanding is that Ghost Recon is pretty solid, and that skating game was a surprise. Even the biometric-powered breathing lessons managed to look like the sort of thing that I'm glad exists, though I wouldn't want it for myself.

Rayman 2D make me happy, but karma being what it is we were denied Beyond Good and Evil 2. But hey a skating game! We don't have any of those yet!

The real kick in the balls on G4 (What?  Reviews on the Run was supposed to come on at 3:00, and it's a damn sight better than X-Play) was Adam Sessler saying that Ubisoft really, really ought to have something about Beyond Good and Evil 2 during the introductory head-talking before Ubi's press conference.

Nintendo comes on in an hour. They have Zelda, 3DS, and the Vitality Sensor to talk about.

I have never, ever, not even by a little, been interested in anything Metal Gear. The gameplay has never looked appealing to me. Everything I had ever seen of every episode of the series has left me with nothing but an overriding feeling of 'Meh'. So I really wasn't expecting much when I started up the trailer

I didn't think it was possible to jizz your pants before your penis could even realize it needed to be erect, but there you go.

Miyamoto is choking on the controls to his own game. (Interference notwithstanding)

Yeah, that bodes well.

Edit: New Goldeneye? :ji-- Activision?  :rage:

guys

seriously

how the fuck is sony going to even try to compete with the 3DS

i mean yes 3d kid icarus, kingdomhearts, metal gear solid, resident evil, etc, yes

But at a time when 3D movies are hitting their peak, the 3DS is going to be able to play them without buying a $3000 TV

That's not quite "the ps2 is also a dvd player" level trojan horse, but holy shit for parents.

Nintendo 3ds with launch day netflix support seems a gimme at this point. This thing is going to be a beast. The only way they could have topped their E3 performance is to announce a fucking price point. Nintennnndoooooooo!
