I ... gave up on the devroom after they decided to have the fans decide the "secret easter eggs"; creating a paradox of game design no rationality could hope to escape
Those are exactly the pieces of information I've been wanting to hear from you. Thank you?

For whatever it's worth, I'm sorry if my personal frustration seeped in and made the posts more combative or less clear than they should have been.

Though notably I started to get frustrated that you seemed to just want me to read the worst parts of the devroom to you instead of looking yourself to see if anything struck a cord.
It may also please you to know that I started skimming through the devlog.

Congratulations on a link so bad I can't even figure out what it should be.

Those are exactly the pieces of information I've been wanting to hear from you. Thank you?
In my defense that's where I gave up on the devroom ever doing anything interesting. I stand by having given up on the game long before that.

Wow, you beat me to posting it.

In any case, I'm just sure of it now. The lack of Inafune will be the fall of this company, as apparently he was the only one with any semblance of power that had an ounce of sense.

[EDIT] The rumor mill says that a girl cosplaying as Tron at Comiccon was barred from approaching the Capcom booth by security.

You can understand why? Why is that then? Because she fucking loves Capcom? Yeah, that's how you put out fires, Capcom, by acting like a cunt to your fans. Were you afraid she was going to spend to much money on your stupid merch? Fuck's sake.

HOLY SHIT.

Capcom Europe just got elevated to "legendary troll" status.

I like to imagine that this guy is locked in a room with a laptop, with the rest of Capcom Europe banging on the door and screaming at him to stop.

Sounds like a challenge to me.

How long until somebody calls their bluff and gets a C&D?

(Actually, remember my "Can we hack MML to control better?" thread?  ...was that THIS thread?  It's probably a bad idea for me to start rereading it.  Anyway, MML remade on a fresh engine could make for all sorts of neat things.  ...and a C&D.)

I like to imagine that the writer for Euro twitter is as pissed as everyone else for the whole debacle, so he's at home or whathave you where he's logged in and trolling the shit out of everyone and the upper management can't regain control.

If it is totally legit, however: (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE PUBLIC RELATIONS

Gonna say "No later than when I have a desktop again" to [Thad's first question], though I figure someone will beat me to it by then.

As for Capcom Euro PR... how would you like to be Sven, except you kno it's already far too late to possibly win?

So if we're going to be updating MML, is there any way to address how whenever I explore, I'd always have the drill arm and nothing else, because taking the drill arm is the only sure way to explore all of those destructible passages?

...was that THIS thread?

No.

Yes.

Now, in addition to wanting to replay MML2, I want to finish MMX8 and MMZX, and play MMZ2-4.

Dammit.

Looks like all the repartee with Capcom Europe ended a while back, the last response leading to this post before the guy tweeting was presumably fired.

So basically Capcom Europe confirmed again that the barrier to a greenlight was how the devroom under-performed.
