I'm pretty sure Guild said he had used the PI at least once. He could have found out about Romo that way.

I mean, Guild was working for you guys at the time. Why would he lie to protect a vampire? And he would have had to know Romo was a vampire anyway.

That's a fair point, Laser. The PI might have told him. The thing is, I didn't talk to him about Romosome. I think he just revealed that to the public or something. So yeah, I'm sticking with Zach.

Let's slice Zach, but I'd like to reiterate that Envy has no reason to reveal Dracula's identity to us, and therefore could be lying about Kayma. Furthermore, while I can talk to Guild, he's been rooting for the vamps for a while now and I see no reason why he'd want to give me any info, unless he's still convinced they turned me for some reason.

It would be great if my own team wasn't rooting against me, like I didn't already know how fucked I am. Bastards.

Hrm.

I'm going over Kayma, Friend and Zach's posts.

Of the three, Zach seems to be the only one who was visibly uncomfortable with the idea of letting Nex live. Zach was also in on the Koah scumpile, but he managed to give himself enough space that it didn't look like he was associated with the others. He also purposely deadlocked the sword vote; apart from being a risk-free way to look active, it took pressure off the baner who we all agree is an asset to the vampires.

Friend argued reasonably strongly in Nex's defence. I'm actually inclined to believe Envy's claim of Friend's innocence. If Friend was really Dracula, why mention him at all in the scry list? It would only serve to draw suspicion that could be avoided entirely by just naming someone else random.

Kayma's oracle defence is harder to swallow, since Nex kind of backed Envy into a corner. If Envy is really turned, we can't trust that claim at all.

However, we seem to at least have narrowed it down to two suspects, which is all we really need. We can kill both Kayma and Zach today and be reasonably assured of hitting Dracula.

I'd also like to remind the vampires that as long as the weretiger is out there, it's becoming increasingly dangerous for you to turn innocents. If anyone does find out who the weretiger is, keep it to yourself until at least one dracula is dead.

Does Friend get to use his cross more than once if it doesn't work the first time? He could check Kayma/Envy/Zach.

That's a shame. Well, I guess now we just wait for other people to log in and vote for sabering Zach.

Zach I really hate doing it though, it's getting to the end game and innocents are hurting more and more.

Mmhm.

I honestly don't have a lot to add to what's already been said today, outside of sassily shaking my head at Envy.  Zach.

If an innocent would like to say that he has the invisibility cloak right now, and that he bought it to make sure the vamps and wolves didn't get it, that would be pretty fucking cool.

Yep. Although it doesn't look too likely that I'll survive long enough for the PI to confirm it.

I don't trust Envy. There've been more than enough chances for the monsters to turn him. In other words, Kayma.

Zach I was literally just reaching for the post button to kill you.

Here's a wrinkle. We don't know who has the shovel.

No, I know Romo has Interceptor. The problem is that if Zach really does have the cloak, once he's dead whoever has the shovel can dig it right back up.

And if Zach is a wolfpire? We let him live because of that claim, and we never know.

Mm. We have to kill Dracula, that's a given, and Zach is our best lead at the moment. Besides, even if we let him go now, the thief's glove might still be in action as well, so either way we're not guaranteed to know where the cloak is, even if he's not just lying in the first place.

And we can't really tell an innocent to pipe up and say they have the shovel, or they're going to be targeted for night actions. I guess we could buy turns insisting that Nex keep his tracker on whoever has the shovel claim, revealing a dracula that attempts to turn the claimant, but...

Nex is making it pretty clear that his living should be at an end. I don't know if we can afford to let Dracula live is the problem.

There's no other choice! I'll cast my doubts aside!

All right, you blood sucking monster! The time has come to cleanse this world of your vile, abominable existence once and for all! No more will you corrupt and defile innocent souls with your hateful undead darkness!

Darth Vader vs Count Dracula

The Lord of Vampires, Dracula, has been slain.

The Invisibility Cloak floats softly to the ground.

The Day continues.

With 9 players remaining, it takes 5 votes to lynch.
