Yeah, that period from about 1989 to 1998, when we got all the best videogames, toys and RPGs.

When you think about it, TIE fighter pilots are stone-cold badasses. The Imperial Navy doesn't believe in touchy-feely crap like shields or armor; no, if you don't want to be one-shot by some antiquated Rebel tin can, your best bet is to go really fucking fast all the time. Better learn to dodge lasers real quick, kid, you don't get a second chance.

The Interceptor's always been my favorite. :8D:

Extend that to 1999 for Torment.

Well, that or the Defender. But you hardly get to use that at all.

What I meant was that we got a lot of Star Wars-related items of that nature. Things like the WEG roleplaying game, Shadows of the Empire, the Super Star Wars games, the Decipher CCG, Tie Fighter, TROOPS, the "Power of the Force" line of action figures... There was still a lot of love for the franchise. People were still awestruck by the Special Edition Trilogy, and the full ramifications of George Lucas's meddling hadn't set in yet.

Everything was A-OK, until Lucas got enough money for a spring loaded telescoping penis which he immediately shot right into everyone's eye.

Still kind of weirded out that the Star Trek MMO is about space battles and pewpew lasers and Star Wars is all conversations and diplomacy. Dogs and cats living together, etc.

/co/ has really been going on about this Grevious-tan thing.  Mashed Star Wars with Cromartie High School for her setting.

That is 10,000 times better than any CG Star Wars cartoon running on Cartoon Network.

Of which I have counted three.

Well post the rest of the pics, then!

Do you understand how terrifying the words “vibrating strap on” are for an asexual? That’s like saying “the holocaust” to a Jew.

Oh wait, there's now a non-zero chance that Joss Whedon could direct.
