Yes, you can crawl under it.

The glyph's 5 feet up, and both Vivi and Francisca's arcana know that its activation radius is 3 feet or very close to that.

(Why would we want to do that? Then whoever set it would know someone was here. Let's just scootch past it and maybe we can use it in case we get chased back here.)

Are you crawling under it, then?

(I'm going to assume that Vivi informs us all about its existence just to keep things moving.)

Briar drops down and begins crawling past the rune.

You make it safely past the rune and into the cavern. A strange mist lies on the floor to the height of about a foot. Your lantern casts odd reflections from the stalacites in the roof and shadows in the crevices along the walls. Something twinkles in the fog up ahead.

Your foot bumps into something heavy.

Meanwhile, Pitamaha and Ampersand are still outside. Do either of you have a light source lit? It's dark otherwise.

Francisca is upset about being covered in dust from the cave floor, but is glad to be past the scary fire thing. "Wow, this place is pretty." She looks down in surprise when her foot bumps something.

Your movement creates ripples through the fog, briefly revealing a human hand.

The mist ripples across the rest of a body, dressed in studded leather armour. It hasn't decomposed at all.

Francisca backs up a little. "Looks like he was killed recently."

Depending on how long it's been, Ampersand is either doing that thing Drow do instead of sleeping or asleep by now.

"Anybody else getting a bad vibes from this place?" Briar asks. On a hunch, she wipes off the edge of her axe blade and gently places it on the guy's upper lip to see if he's breathing.

Briar pulls the axe away. "Yeah, you're right, kid..."

She looks a bit shaken. "Well, let's just keep going then. Unless you guys wanna see what he had in his pockets."

On this note, Pitamaha is probably keeping watch.

Francisca looks down. "I'm not really the thieving type, but a dead man has no use for possessions."

She quickly checks to see if he had anything important looking.

His armour is studded leather, and still in good condition.

He's wearing a backpack, which contains various equipment: a full adventurer's kit, a whetstone of venom, and some pieces of chalk.

A purse on his belt has split open and spilled 125 gp worth of coins on the floor.

His short sword lies beside him, bent and broken in two. He has two daggers, a light crossbow and fifteen bolts in good condition.

[Hm, could I use a crossbow? It'd probably be a lot more useful to me than my current sword]

[Also, grabbing the rest of the chalk, gotta keep up my supply]
