(Assuming Ampersand gains 5HP from his Second Wind)

Urkas continues to burn (3 damage). His eyes dart around for an escape route. He shifts left, nudging his ghostly minion aside. Keeping his hand on the cracked obelisk, another dwarf appears beside Pitamaha. He summons up another bolt of black energy in his hand and slings it at Pitamaha.

"For the Berg clan!"

The bolt goes wide and smashes into the wall behind, knocking a burning brazier off the wall.

The two ghostly dwarves continue to fight bravely in the presence of their commander, but 5 is noticeably weaker now that he's split off from his allies. Nevertheless, he hits Briar.

Briar takes 4 damage.

Urkas remains on fire.

(Beat Bandit edited his post to use an action point after I started writing the dwarves' turn. Updated map below.)

The obelisk topples and smashes across the ground in splinters. Urkas and his two ghostly dwarves fight on bravely as if their great city never fell.

"Why won't you die!" Briar roars at the apparition. "There's probably a river of gold waiting for you or something! Go... GET IT!"

She brings her axe down.

Quote
Briar's attack
1d20 +8 > 15
13 + 8 = 21 ... success

Quote
damage
1d12 +5
2 + 5 = 7

Her words must have hit a chord with the spectre, as it dissipates at her stroke. She looks at Urkas, whose attention is elsewhere...

She gauges the distance and backs up to the south wall. Then, [Using an Action Point] she charges Urkas, holding her axe blunt side out.

Quote
Knockdown assault
1d20 +9 > 14
7 + 9 = 16 ... success

The mythril head connects, knocking Urkas on his back.

Pitamaha moved in close to Urkas [to the indicated position]. "I applaud thy faith!" he said to Urkas, making a meditative gesture with his free hand. "Such conviction is a sign of true loyalty, a great virtue. A pity it is so misplaced! Confusion would be more fitting." Concentrating the whole of his mind into his sword, he struck [Twisted Eye augment 2: I spend 1 power point, and if the attack hits, he is blinded. 1d20+5=13, a miss], but the blow glanced harmlessly off the dwarf's armored shoulder.

[Saving throw vs. fire: 1d20=7, failure.] At last he felt the great heat around his head, and let out a curse in Supernal. [Nobody in the party speaks Supernal, but let me assure you, it was quite a colorful expression.]

[I'll definitely take 3 damage at the start of next turn, and have no damage reduction should Urkas attack me, which he probably will as he'll take automatic damage if he goes for somebody else, but I've still got a decent amount of HP.]

(Briar's Knockdown Assault also dealt 4 damage to Urkas. He's on 9HP now.

As Urkas is prone, he grants combat advantage in melee--you have +2 to attack him in melee--but has +2 to all defences against ranged attacks made from more than one square away. He has -2 to attack and must spend a move action to stand up.)

Dog slides over next to Briar and slices through the ghost (22 to hit, 12 damage). His eyes stay on Urkas the whole time.
"Stay down, dwarf."

Ampersand moseys on over around the DSOD (deadly spikes of death) and brandishes his sword again "I can help with that" he casually declares as he presses it down towards the dwarf. "Wait, with warlocks do you have to stab them in the heart or the brain?" The iron tip clangs against the stone next to Urkas (1d20 + 3 + 4 = 12 vs 16) and he leans against it, casually playing the missed blow at such close range off and raising a brow towards the Tiefling in the hall. "I always forget."

Francisca turns to face urkas, pointing her hand right out towards him, "This is why you don't use your enemy's dark magic for your own ends, You end up in a pointless battle with people who would be your allies in other circumstances, and ultimately, you lose the war, and fail your people. Is this what you wanted? All you had to do was one thing, give up the sword give up the path of hate that you've been following. You can win, but hatred and evil won't get you there."

She takes a few steps towards him "Give up! You have many fine dwarves, who are still willing to fight for you, to realise your ideals! If you go back to them, they'll follow you to the ends of the earth, and beyond that! You're finished! Surrender peacefully, give up this dark ritual, and hand over the sword. You can restore your people, but not like this. Please, I'm only asking this one last time. I won't risk my fellow's lives any more, we WILL put you down!"

[Rolling diplomacy again, got a 14, Gonna see his reaction, if he reacts favourably, i'll lower my hand, if not, i'm blasting him with non-lethal cutting words.]

Pitamaha: His actions reflect the legendary dwarven bravery against unsurmountable odds, and the belief that to fall in battle is more honourable than surrender. Whether it's rational is debatable.

Urkas climbs to his feet and, still burning (3 damage), swings the flaming sword at Pitamaha. It only grazes him.

Pitamaha takes 3 fire damage.

(Rolled all ones.)

(Urkas fails save vs fire.)

PCs' turn.

Berg slumps to the ground, unconscious. The holy sword's flame extinguishes and it clatters to the ground.

It's safe to take a short rest. Is anyone doing anything specific?

(Nope)
"Probably best iffen you're the one walking out with the sword, miss." He said, gesturing to Francisca. He looks at the door. "The dead raiser ran off though. Looks like I'll have to make my way back here later and sort him out."

Francisca leans against the wall, breathing heavily, "Y.. yeah.. i'll.. take the.. hahh.. sword..", she wipes the perspiration from her brow and pulls out her notebook, rapidly jotting down some notes. "Does.. anyone have any rope? We should.. hh.. probably tie him up.".

She puts her notebook away and takes some deep breaths, Taking her backpack off, she opens it up and pulls out one of her books, wrapped in a thick layer of cloth, she unwraps it, putting the book back inside carefully, then walks up to the sword, picking it up and wrapping the blade in cloth, tying it up, then sliding it into her belt beside her other sword.

She then pulls out her notebook again, looking around the room, adding more notes, then walking over towards urkas' unconscious form.

So what do you think we should do with him? I think the best thing would be to return him to his people, We could probably interrogate him and try make him see reason now, too. Dwarves are much more reasonable once they're not fighting anymore. We've got the sword. I don't think returning the culprit was part of the deal, was it?"
