What a lovely petard.

Testing me is a waste, I'm still human, if exceptionally stupid. No, I don't deserve to live, but I'm playing with my cards up. Kill Noris tonight, and if you don't have a better kill tommarrow, roast me.

The fact that flamethrowers can't coordinate, and thus having two known things at night is kind of.. unfortunate, has led me to come up with a plan.

DYNO MITE on Norris, please.

And a vote on Copper to round it out.

Hey guys what's going on in this thre --

Oh I guess more people are exploding

cool

Norris was a Thing and a former Dynamite Carrier, obviously.

His death lowers the required votes to test to 4, which means Copper is going to be tested when I wake up unless people change their votes.

As I count it, Fuchs, Palmer, Childs are yourself are all voting for Copper. None of you are proven Things.

However, proven Things still get to vote, yes. Imagine it as a sudden escape attempt that ends up accidentally dipping a wire into some blood, or whatever.

Copper is tested human.

Night roles.

The night's deep silence is broken by unearthly screams.

It seems you weren't watching Clark closely enough.

His burnt, Thinglike body is discovered in the morning.

6 players cannot believe this shit.

MacReady
Dr. Blair
Childs
Palmer
Dr. Copper
Fuchs

6 players are TIED TO THIS FUCKING COUCH!

Bennings - Thing
Garry - Dynamite
Nauls - Human
Norris - Thing - Dynamite
Windows - Flamethrower
Clark - Thing

Mac has the wire today.

48 hour timer starts now. 4 votes to test.

So Mac, who's it gonna be? Still human, not even the Things want me.

Currently curious what Palmer's blood does under a match.

Okay never mind, I've decided. I'll use the wire on myself and vote to test Palmer.

One way or the other, this game ends tonight.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume that MacReady is going to test human. Palmer's as good a vote as anyone to me... but to get a majority so fast? It gives me pause.

Mac tests himself as a Thing.

"huh?" everyone says in unison.

The only possible reason I can think of for MacReady just suicide testing himself is to throw the attention off of the bandwagon.  Cooper was probably turned last night.  I'd like to test Blair rather than wasting the test on myself.

I don't know what kind of game he's playing. If he tested himself to make us absolve you, Palmer, maybe. But that's a bizarre move. Or maybe he knew that would be the conclusion and is using that?

Rescinding. I may call hammertime tonight if we can't figure this out. This is critical we solve this.

Likely, just me. I think I can see the writing on the wall. What a terrible night to have a Thing.
