I told you guys, I wanted the day finished with because it was roughly two votes away from a lynch and I wasn't going to be able to check the thread over the next two days.
I left for vacation assuming that Envy was going to die, therefore I wouldn't have had to worry about whatever kind of crazy arguing could have taken place in my absence. I don't know envy, i just also knew that my vote for Laser was going to be wasted if I disappeared, so I went with an option that may have created some interest. Its entirely void now though because Envy didn't die anyway.
Honestly I think the most important thing right now are the people who
are not talking. We have two total votes today, one of them is my vote (which i seriously still think is valid. Smiley and Laser, vampires, I bet you) and the other vote today is what looks to be the holdover from the attempted bandwagon yesterday.
I don't know any of envy's late game shenanigans, so maybe there is a valid threat there.
I've played with Syl; he's got more than a few games under his belt. Maybe he just doesn't know how we do things around here. Wanting to rush things is usually a sign of feeling vulnerable - not necessarily of having bad intentions. If you get more information at night than during the day, then daytime is a matter of hoping your name doesn't come up, and that's true whether you're a wolfpire or just a timid inno.
I've still got my eye on you, Syl, but since I just finished saying that haste is a classic trap, I'd be negligent if I didn't point out that I noticed Nex and Kayma have been a bit on the aggressive side, Envy's day 1 behavior was aberrant in the way Defenestration mentioned, and there's a whole mess of players we haven't heard from yet today. I don't currently think it would be prudent to cast a vote based on the issues that a few early posters decided to make important, even if they've got a good point.
You also know that I to talk too much regardless of whatever role I may have. I have to admit that the inclusion of
items makes this game far more complicated than any previous game i've been in. I'm used to things far more... vanilla.
Quite frankly, I can see any reason to kill almost anyone in this game. Noone is coming forward as anything - not even whomever won the items last night. The PI is dead, which removes a major source of information. It'll be interesting to see where things go.
I haven't played with the vast majority of you, i have nothing BUT what shows up in this thread and avatars to go off of.
On that note, I'm going to assume that it was the wolves who killed last night. Vampires probably want to grow their ranks. Someone owns the auction house, someone has a defensive measure (interceptor) and someone can, potentially, fill in the role of the dead PI.
