I've been around. Just busy. I mean, you knaves surely have some sort of job to do in the day to feed your families, right? Mine is blacksmithing. Bending iron to your will requires patience, strength, and more importantly, time.

More importantly, I think you should turn your gaze to Forthwind I mean, he has been active, but offered nothing much of substance. He has voted twice, and started the nonsense bandwagon on Lyonel for his odd manner of speech.

"Forthwind was killed last night,"

said Mormont.

Well, don't I look like a fool. Well, fine. Althalos gives me a funny feeling in my bowels. I can't explain it, but I think him to support the tyrant.

Mormont nodded.

"Yes, I too am experiencing the funny feeling of Althalos in thine bowels," said Mormont. "But I think the Mad King may be goading us to think Althalos is a guard. I am not sure."

And then Mormont sighed. "Brom also is the giving me a bowels. His posts consist of a check in and a bandwagon quoted lynch vote against Ulric. Perhaps Brom should be examined more closely, also."

Mormont then sighed and stared into the fire. The flames licked at his eyes like fire.

THE MAD KING agrees. We should all suspect Althalos!

Honestly, it seemed like Ulric was already fitted for his hempen tie when I checked in, and not voting would be as bad as voting. Which, when saying that, that does seem bloody damn suspicous of me.

But to explain my silence: The last few days have been rough on the House of Carac, and I've not been able to pay as much attention as this requires. I will endevor to make time, henceforth. Pending that I live to see another sunrise, of course.

I see what you did there.

THE MAD KING declares that Mormont is more annoying than Althalos! Everyone should change their votes to Mormont to appease THE MAD KING.

Mormont sighed. Truly his anger of the Mad King was to be expected. But what he did not expect was to be so empty.

"Brom", said Mormont. "The darkness is stronger with you in it. Go then and be in the darkness which you love so."

But Mormont was in his lost own darkness.

A man calling for a hanging of one he says is filled with darkness then turning around and claiming the darkness consumes him as well?

Mormont has my vote.

... *Sigh*.
Talking about supporting the mad king - roleplaying
Actually VOTING FOR WHO HE TELLS YOU TO - pretty stupid.
I am wondering exactly how this could possibly be confusing.

How can you possibly pretend to support the Mad King in one breath and then attempt to root out and kill his guardians in the next?

And anyway, the group is supposed to be in open rebellion against the Mad King.  There's rioting in the streets, everybody hates him, he's a clearly insane despot, so on, so forth.  That's the scenario.  Nobody would talk about supporting him, there's no reason to pretend to do so, currying favor with him does not get you anywhere in this game.

I apologize for apparently making this unclear when I started the game.  Allow me to amend the lore with the following:

The Mad King raped all your mothers and killed all your fathers and ran over all of your dogs, and you personally witnessed all of it.

Proceed.

Quit being stupid and vote for someone.

I'm sticking to Mormont because he strikes me as a player who sits quietly because he was told to not fuck up the King's plans by speaking. He only posted after he was voted for. The king is also voting for him in order to dissuade us - he only voted for him after Fendrel and I did unlike him trying to start things on me.

Disregard anything the Mad King says. Do not try to learn from it; do not make the mistake of believing that you can second or even third guess the man. It is better to plug up your ears than to allow your attention to be affected by him in any way.

I'm leaving town or I wouldn't do this, but as I am currently in the lead for votes, I'm going to roleclaim.

To be honest, I thought about just PMing the King and asking him to arrest me so I could convert. It seemed the safer course to end up on the winning side.

But this way things will be more interesting, I suppose.

I'm the assassin.

I'm also Friday.

Fall in line, men. Let's turn me into a lightsaber innocent of justice. The Priest can protect me from arrest and murder. I'm pretty sure Lyonel is Geo, and I'm also pretty sure he's sworn allegiance to the King already. But I don't really care about him, because we don't need to kill him, just the guards.

I'm currently looking at Brom, Althelos, and Fendrel as my kill targets. We should lynch those bad boys as well.

p.s. I killed Forthwind for voting for Ulric directly after a Seer claim.

By the way, this is the important part of this plan, so please pay attention.
