Hi Frocto!

I think this thread is getting cluttered.  I want to run MY game twice a week.  I haven't even determined who's really playing.  I think I have Noro, Guild, and Doom.

Doom do me a favor and post your entire roster, I've kind of lost track of who was signing up or confirming for what game just now.

Dogstar are you or are you not in JD's game?

Here is my schedule:

Any day except Saturday, any time after 10pm.

It is currently 6:50am on my clock.

I know, that's lame.

I am not some kind of vampire like some of you appear to be, but anything Sunday through Monday that involves playing after 10pm CST is right out for me.  Some of us have to work in the morning.  I am shooting for a once a week Friday or Saturday evening game.

I will probably still be entertaining plans to host my own game.

Considering running a saturday game. 4e. Set in a sprawling jungle. I want to do pretty standard run of the mill dungeon crawl until I really have a grasp of the system, so expect dungeons, and possibly dragons. Given that it's a jungle setting, also expect a lot of geurilla warfare against lizardmen skirmishers. You have been warned. Game will most likely either be friday or saturday depending on people's schedules and whether or not my lady lets me get away with this.

Level is 1, standard chargen rules. Also fuck dragonborn, unless you can come up with a really good concept or something I'm just going to write you off as a filthy furry and make you play a halfling.

Background details: For whatever reason, you've been arrested and tossed onto a prison ship heading for 'The New World', which is actually only half true, as the land was actually lost during a war with snakemen about 300 years prior. Given your adventuring/military/mercenary/whatever backgrounds and unique skills, you've been drafted into an all conscript army tasked with reclaiming the southern reaches of a vast jungle in the name of a mighty, as of yet unnamed human empire. PCs will start in the bustling port city / penal colony of Arbala, at the mouth of a river and surrounded by violent primitives on all sides.

Post interest here, if there's enough of it I'll start a thread. Hoping for at least 4 players ; Doom's expressed interest and I'm probably going to have my fiance playing, so that's two. Any other takers?

that sounds like MY game setting!

except replace jungle with dungeon and lizardmen with kobolds (who are just smaller lizardmen)

you misspelled guerilla

also fuck you for restricting dragonborn, the coolest thing in the history of D&D

Play a Kazzian if you want to:
* Look like Kazz
* Make zany flash animations
* Be the coolest thing in the history of D&D

Play a dragonborn if you want to:
* Look like a dragon
* Yiff other dragons
* Make furpiles.

The basic key requirement of playing a dragonborn in my campaign is being awesome. If you believe you can do that you are welcome to try.

Dragonborn give you a choice of stats to base your breath on.  Why can they not have DEADLY CHARISMA BREATH?

CHA-based breath attack would only work conceptually with low Charisma.  Unless you want to lay waste to your foes with minty freshness.

You guys are being horrendous fags about dragonborns, and I think it's retarded and that you're all giant dumbs except for Kazz and Doom who clearly understand why they are fun.  Especially dragonbreath being so fucking cool and a minor action so I can use that AND use an aoe spell all in the same turn.

See? Lady Duke understands what D&D is all about: min/maxing and disregarding dumb fluff.

Brb rolling orc fighter. Standard attack that blows a healing surge as an encounter power? Yes please.
