I am more than sure you can talk to the person in charge of the group and say "Listen, I get very uncomfortable when people talk about sex around me right now to the point I want to leave therapy if it's brought up. I am working on it but if you could help limit the talk for now it'd greatly help." I'm know if you do that he'll/she'll have a word with people and tell them that an anonymous person in the group is uncomfortable with sexual talk and would like them to limit their casual mentioning of it. You'll still have to work through it but the best part of being in a support group is you get support. As long as you show up and keep trying, all you have to do is say something and unless they are total turdbirds, they'll try to help you.

Hi, folks, how's it going? Look, Spram-man, you're the cat's meow. I only log in like once every 6 months (so maybe it's fate this very night) but I want you to know you'll always be awesome. ALWAYS.
