Well of course it is. But your current "defense" isn't really helping your case. Tell me, why will I regret it? What will you do for the town?

I may save it or you guys will perform the general kill important innocent X day one type stuff like always. Revealing roles either gets you turned night one or killed night one. I'd rather not have either done, and leave you in the dark.

I don't know, Envy. Implying that you were assigned roles due to "bias" may mean you're probably not going to live for long regardless of what I do at this point.

I don't expect Envy to claim innocent while evil on day 1 just because a few people justifiably voted for him. However, I do expect him to noticeably change his posting strategy if he gets turned in response to people believing his claim.

-Voting for me is biased
-You guys are always wrong when you vote for me.
-Don't vote for me. You'll be sorry!
-Claims to have an important role but doesn't want to say

Dang it, Envy. I don't want to vote for you but

LOTTLE? YOU'VE KNOWN ME FOR LIKE EIGHT YEARS, ASSCLOWN. YOU'RE DELIBERATELY GOADING ME NOW.

And your retarded evil plan worked. Envy

If we're just going to vote Envy for previous misdeeds, I think I have a pretty good claim considering he killed me last game after I explicitly told him not to. But! I like having him in the game because his incomprehensible logic adds a certain wild card element to the game. Though, I guess he does seem like a pretty good candidate for a lynching by outing himself as a power role. (??? I guess? If I'm following this right?)

Anyways, I have to agree with Ardus here: considering we get an unlimited amount of time for day one, it seems wasteful to go ahead and lynch Envy. Considering that the talking period is the town's primary method of sussing out vamps/werewolves, I think encouraging the idea of ending the day quickly is either: vampwolf idea, or lazy innocent actively harming the town. (Even if it's unintentional. People like the nightphase because that's when you can investigate/use items/etc but really, if that's all you devote your focus to, then you're relying on a crutch. There's always the "boring" periods when no one is talking, but really, if you're vanilla innocent, it's basically your job to get people talking, considering it's your only consistent method of catching wolves/vamps.)

The only issue I have with that, is an OOC one - way too many of these games end up with weeks (at one time it was months, I think) of no one doing anything, ever.

Hell, I think that's why the time limit was originally brought in here. Unlimited day phase was zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Rest easy citizens, I will personally use every resource at my disposal to ensure this day phase goes for as long as humanly, or wolfily, possible.

Envy never changes his posting strategy. Ever.

It's only the first one that's unlimited, and it hasn't gotten so slow yet that we need to put it out of its misery. I want to watch him squirm.

Day 1 does need to drag so that people can feel out the other players.
Unfortunately, there's nothing to talk about except things like how Player F or Player N have revealed themselves to be irredeemable, paint huffing morons. Which they have.

What does that EVEN MEAN. You can't just throw out insults because you have nothing to say. Make an argument! Those things with logic and persuasion! WHY are we stupid? Why are you offering no reasoning for your statements whatsoever?

Man Envy, it is so obvious when you are scum.

Envy. By my count, there are now seven votes for Envy. If, as he says, the wolfpires have good cause to want him dead, it will now only take one of them to finish him off. (Or one innocent who's fed up with his shit. I'm not meaning to bandy about accusations of anybody but Envy.)

If you are important, Envy, now would be a good time to tell us exactly why. Don't just get mad at us for not immediately believing you in a game that is about lying. If you know something, share it with us now before you die. Maybe your story will even convince somebody to rescind.

Envy is reciting goth poetry. If that's not vampire behavior I don't know what is.

And if he was important and claimed it out loud, it'd be a field day for the vampires.
