That said, if we can come up with concrete evidence that someone is a vampire, I'm all for letting Friend see another night. I just don't think "Friend thinks Bongo Bill is Dracula" or "Kayma thinks Kazz is a vampire" is much to go on at this point.

Why do you think Kazz is a vampire anyway, Kayma?

Also, what Caithness said. We can kill Friend at our leisure, but Kayma is probably the Devil.

That would fit with suspicions of Kayma being a vampire, and Kayma having some form of scry to know that Friend is a werewolf but no information on vampires.

No. The devil is not a vampire. The devil would not tell everyone in the thread who a werewolf is.

The Devil most certainly would reveal a werewolf who was about to die if it meant evading suspicion, if he had already been put in contact with the other wolves. The Devil is more valuable than any wolf and the wolves know it.

Grath understands my reasoning, but he doesn't understand the voting procedures: in games of this size, it takes an unreasonably long time to get 13 votes, so as long as more than 16 people are alive, 8 rather than half is the lynch threshold.

Friend, as a werewolf, will have to die sooner or later, but I don't want a confederate of wolves getting any scries that can be avoided. The Devil is also known to be a juicy target for the vampires' turn, and we should deny them such a resource.

I meant Death, the vampire-devil. They're similar sounding role names and I'm a total newbie to these  games.

Friend was at what, 3 votes when I outed him? Hardly about to die; not a devil move in my opinion.

Kazz is just a hunch.

I'm not at liberty to divulge the identity of my source. Kayma learned last night - not during the day, not on a hunch - that Friend is a werewolf, but went after Kazz instead. Kayma waited until after Friend had posted (and therefore had an opportunity to contact him and determine whether to trust him) before voting for him. Knowing that somebody knew that he knew that Friend was a werewolf, he likely surmised that Friend was at risk without having to wait for the bandwagon to begin.

Bongo is tricksy with words. Beware! Beware~!

Uh, that said, it seems very reasonable that there are one, if not two, bads between Kayma and Bongo. Our Seer should definitely shut the fuck and keep their head down, by the by Frocto and what the fuck were you thinking; anyhow if we're smart we'll be hanging one of them tomorrow.

Bongo's last post makes a very compelling case for Kayma, but of course he is pleading secrecy and so right now it can't be verified (and if it can be verified, oh yon PI or Seer or whatever, shut the fuck up until it's necessary, seriously). Anyhow, this is why any newspaper with a scrap of decency hates unidentified sources or something I dunno it's late.

I guess I was thinking, "Our Seer is capable of scrying people and releasing little tidbits of information without revealing themselves!" Why even have one if they can't even do that?  ::(:

Yeah, see, let me impart to you some sage words from the wisest touchstone of our time, Skyfall: If the breadcrumb is too small, then he (and by he let us substitute innos) won't be able to find it; if the breadcrumb is too large, he'll be onto us.

Put another way, if the Seer is leaving so subtle a hint that the wolves and vampires don't get him/her, then it's no good to innos because we won't be picking up on it either. However, if it's obvious enough a wink-wink for innos to understand it, then barring some sort of mass-lobotomy then the bads will get it too and hoist them up on whatever wolfpire Jolly Roger flagpole gets there first.

We do not need the Seer right now. We just nabbed ourselves another baddie (probably!? he ain't dead yet), and we've almost assuredly got a bad between Bongo and Kayma, possibly Kazz. If the Seer comes out and Sees, they're not going to last the night, and it's 100% not worth it right now when we have several juicy ass tidbits to go off of and explore. The Seer would be throwing themselves away for no good purpose and you goddamn know that you fishy son of a bitch.

Uhhh, all I said meant to imply was that the Seer should scry Bongo. I think there was a miscommunication, so terribly sorry about that!

And lucky we are to have a liaison like yourself to be the go-between!

I snark, but only a little.

Jesus Christ do I have to do all the legwork around here

Let me first point out that he only seems to be interested in diminishing wolf numbers - me a werewolf, "The Devil" Kayma; He doesn't really seem to concerned about vampires much, don't you think?

take a look at this post:

Friend, as a werewolf, will have to die sooner or later, but I don't want a confederate of wolves getting any scries that can be avoided. The Devil is also known to be a juicy target for the vampires' turn, and we should deny them such a resource.

He seems really concerned with crippling the werewolves. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty damn sure the Devil can't be turned by the vampires. A slip up by Bongo, or is he intentionally misleading us to get us to pay more attention to the Devil? It would certainly help the vampires to have the werewolves' seer out of the picture.

Next:

I'm not at liberty to divulge the identity of my source. Kayma learned last night - not during the day, not on a hunch - that Friend is a werewolf, but went after Kazz instead. Kayma waited until after Friend had posted (and therefore had an opportunity to contact him and determine whether to trust him) before voting for him. Knowing that somebody knew that he knew that Friend was a werewolf, he likely surmised that Friend was at risk without having to wait for the bandwagon to begin.

Here's his basic premise: "Kayma's a devil, I can't tell you how I know, but here's a hypothetical situation I pulled out of my ass."

This is really reaching. One: there is no way for Bongo to know what night actions Kayma could or couldn't have taken. There are some items that would allow for this, but they haven't been made available yet. Bongo is just making shit up.

Two: Why would Kayma wait to contact me after I posted? He could have sent a PM to me at any time. If he scried me as a wolf and he were the devil, why would he not inherently trust me? He would already know I'm not the weretiger and he would know that I'm his ally. You're not making a lick of sense but you really seem determined to stretch this narrative that Kayma is my devil.

Three:
Knowing that somebody knew that he knew that Friend was a werewolf
You've lost your goddamn mind Bongo. This is tinfoil hat levels of insane.

You know, I didn't think you were a vampire, Gahitsu, but how the hell can you think that I was suspicious and give your seal of approval to Bongo's load of crap? Obviously, I'm going to vote for Bongo Bill to save my own hide, but he is clearly not an innocent.

There is a role which can do exactly what I am claiming. Do you really think I'd be so sloppy as to come up with a lie that's impossible?

Yeah, I have no idea why Bongo would just out and reveal himself as the PI, but I thought it was blatantly obvious by this point!

You're going to have to clarify further, because I've looked in the roles and rules page, and I don't see a role that lets you see someone's night actions.

T Friend:

Hm... the PI role didn't explicitly state that it also reveals night actions, so it seems kinda out of left field for Bongo to come out and say "yeah I see what you're doing at night. and I don't like it."
