Actually, I kind of use it for both.

I get songs stuck in my head very frequently... I'd say about 75% of my posts in this thread are for songs that are legitimately stuck in my head.

But regardless of whether it's songdump '10 or a memory hole, those "AH DAMMIT, I ALREADY POSTED THAT." moments are the same.
