I think this season is just constantly trying to make me uncomfortable
jesus christ dean suit
.  On the other hand, I'm actually really digging how so far, this season is genuinely about the Venture brothers and the growing disconnect between them as they get older.

I really liked the theme of this episode.
Stop trying to be god.
They even had hatred doing it with the statues. Nice shout out to Roger Dean though.  Great episode all around.

Oh god. More. I require more
Captain Sunshine and News Channel 5
.  And the stuff between him and the Monarch? Fantastic.

Question, though.
Ok. Making a sunshine ray is REALLY stupid. Dr. Mrs. The Monarch should have thought of him powering up with sunshine. But did The Monarch leave the sunshine maker at the Sanctum Solarium? Doesn't this mean Captain Sunshine can be powered up at night now?
EDIT: Unless, maybe, he can't bring himself to
use something that The Monarch made.
EDIT PART 2: UNLESS! That is another reason to
use the sunshine maker. I mean, kicking your most hated villain's ass with something that he accidentally made to make you stronger sounds like a pretty good thing.[/spoiler.

Eh, she was probably going for ironic death, and didn't have the time to think that he was solar powered, rather than cyclical.

Remember, a villain, especially the super variety, must vanquish their nemesis with panache.  Otherwise, they're just a criminal.

Lottel, the sunshine ray thing is probably just a comic book reference thing, you know, the kind of convoluted, dumb thing thing a villain would do that basically makes no sense but gets the hero out of trouble. They even had a narrator.

So basically what I'm saying here is STOP OVERANALIZYING THINGS.

Or really, do I have to keep telling people to watch Escape from the House of Mummies pt II and tell me where it fits with the whole time machine theory.

Looks like it's exactly what you'd expect.

Good episode. Don't think it was necessarily on the same page as the others, but it was still a good episode.

Man, what the hell was
that first album?  I've been googling for a while without luck.
It's definitely Yes, if that helps narrow it down.  (Assuming you didn't catch the gag in the dialogue.  And don't recognize Yes's logo.)
