Its only fault is that Aquaman is not in every episode.

Brave and the Bold: still completely incredible.

Link related (and also a spoiler.) It's a compilation of many (but not all) of the homages from Niku's aforementioned link.

Not a surprise; I read an interview with the producer months ago where he said if he was going to use Superman, he'd use the Superdickery version.

I realized that I had missed a few episodes so I'm catching up. Lines like, "The Hammer of Justice is unisex!" just make me miss The Tick, though.

It's also kind of terrifying how just the teaser intros are more entertaining than entire seasons of TV shows I've watched.

Nope. Unless your desktop's a small one.

Batman Incorporated #5 was a good one. I'm still enjoying the series.

Made my own 1260x688 version.  Guess it'll do until there's an official one.

Terry McGuinness was on Brave and the Bold? Did he actually have a speaking part, or was he just there to give fanboys erections?

Boners.  No speaking part and he's only onscreen for about two seconds.  But it's still pretty awesome.

Let's see if I can ID them.  Clockwise from upper-left:

Jean-Paul Valley Knightfall Batman
Red Rain Vampire Bat-Man
Giant Brain Batman (from some Silver Age story; don't remember which one offhand)
Terry McGinnis Batman Beyond (above)
Captain Marvel dressed as Batman (below)
The Super-Batman of Planet X
Timmverse Batman
Manga Batman
Vigilante Batman (from an Elseworlds story; don't know which one)
?
Bat-Hulk
Plastic Man dressed as Batman
Green Arrow dressed as Batman
Captain Leatherwing
Dark Knight Returns Batman
?
Adam West Batman

(and moving in let-to-right:)
The Batman
Aquaman dressed as Batman
Batman in casts and exosuit

I'll hit Google and see if I can fill in those blanks.

Bat-Hulk and Leatherwing have appeared before.

I want to believe the one between Vigilante and Bat-Hulk is The Bat, but that's probably not true.

I actually went back and re-watched most of Batman Beyond recently. You know what I like about this show? It was clearly a terrible idea created by committee (Batman as a teenager! And in the future!) but they just took the premise and did whatever the fuck they wanted with it.

Also, it's secretly a Spider-Man cartoon.

I always thought Terry was Hispanic. Yeah, his name is all Irish, but he, his brother and his mom all look like Mexicans to me.

Also Return of the Joker is secretly the best Batman movie.

Yeah, I read somewhere that a suit said "We want to do Batman as a teenager" and Timm just pulled the pitch out of his ass on the spur of the moment.

Also, it's secretly a Spider-Man cartoon.

Well yes, that's why it's so awesome: he's Batman AND Spider-Man, AT THE SAME TIME.

I always thought Terry was Hispanic.

I thought he was Asian, and wondered if he and his brother were adopted up until JLU explained why they don't look like their parents.

Which is also why I don't agree with the people screaming "RETCON!" after Epilogue: while the Waller/Cadmus part of the story clearly came later, I think the black hair makes it clear they ALWAYS intended Bruce to be their biological father.  (No, not spoilertagging a six-year-old cartoon.)
